NINE LIVES
HISTORY Born as a single kit in a planned litter, Foxy, was bred to be the perfect breed for a show cat. He was mixed with one of the most elegant, elongated breeds, the Abyssinian, along with the popular, beautiful breed known as the Somali. His mother, Dandelion, was known around the feline show world, as one of the best, most prized blue ribbon winning dames. His father, Jax, was also a well known, purebred Somali that had several genetic ties with many winning felines. Bred to be one of the best show cats meant severe training, as well as much traveling around the world. Due to his show experience, he became quite popular throughout the competition world, earning his own titles just like his parents. With his prideful, elegant attitude, there came many jealous feline bystanders. Sadly, bonding with his parents was rare, therefore he barely has any memories of them to this day. Foxy was raised as a kittypet until he was around twenty moons old, which is when he was retired from his shows due to a large scar across his nose. It was new leaf, Foxy's favorite season, and his favorite time to go outside in his twoleg's garden. As expected, Foxy had many felines that were jealous of his looks and charm; one of them being Spade, his next door neighbor that had retired from shows due to not winning. During his exploration of his garden, Spade had crept up on him and attacked the feline. "We will see just how many cats will like you after you've lost your beauty!" And with that, Spade left a permanent slash that would forever taint Foxy's precious, show winning face. Beaten and scarred, the kittypet would retreat back to his owner, only to be viciously turned away. With such a hideous scar to mark his face, there was no way he could ever compete again. His fame, ribbons, home, and friends shunned him, showing just how evil life kind truly is. Left alone as a loner to fend for himself, Foxy became bitter with hatred and jealousy. Being alone caused him to turn rather antisocial, eventually becoming a bit insane due to the lack of communication. Fighting off other cats, as well as other predators, caused his competitive streak to turn into that of aggression and greed. Over ten moons of being alone, he realized he enjoyed a new feeling; a feeling of power-thirsty hunger that clawed at his throat. He wanted to take over, to show all felines just how brutal someone's nature could be. A new reputation was being created, but the spirits of StarClan had other ideas for this feline. Summoned through dreams, by a distant, deceased relative named Redtail. Foxy had only heard folktales about the wild cat clans that once roamed the forest, though his dreams gave him all of the information he desired. Redtail mentored Foxy, reversing his aggression into that of protection... protection that would be used to guide his new clan. StarClan soon confirmed that Foxy would be the perfect fit to succeed Firestar, leader of the ancient ThunderClan. After several moons of training, it was time to bring back the four cat clans, so, Foxy became Foxstar, leader of RiftClan.
